I’m here to share some great news about a recent PCOS-themed article I wrote for Verily Magazine.
Natural remedies for PCOS are so important to me, so I did some research and reached out to two very educated women who are experts on the subject. I ended up with a great piece called “Natural Ways to Control PCOS That Are Actually Pretty Easy.”
In it, I list five ways that women with PCOS can combat some common symptoms, including lethargy, insulin resistance and sleep issues.
It’s a really good read, and it’s been shared several times which is awesome.
